Data processing (client and contract data)
We only collect, process and use personal data where this is necessary to conclude, further develop or change the legal relationship (inventory data). This is carried out on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data where required to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures. We only collect, process and use personal data regarding the use of our web pages (usage data) where this is required to enable the user to use the service or to invoice the user for using the service.
Any collected customer data will be deleted once the contract has been completed or the business relationship has ended. Any statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Transmission of data upon conclusion of a contract on services and digital content

IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. This means that within member states of the European Union or other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google will abbreviate IP addresses prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will full IP addresses be transferred to a Google server and abbreviated in the US. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as directed by Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

7. Newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, you will need to provide an e-mail address, as well as details that allow us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data will be collected or, as the case may be, only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively to deliver the requested information and will not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of this data, e-mail address, and its use for newsletter delivery at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of any data processing processes that have already been performed remains unaffected by the revocation.
We will store the data provided by you upon subscription to our newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will delete these details after you cancel your newsletter subscription. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for access to the member area) remains unaffected by this.
Please note that we analyze your user behavior in the context of newsletter delivery. To this end, our newsletter e-mails contain what is referred to as web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. For our analysis we link the data mentioned under 3. SERVER LOG FILES and the web beacons to your e-mail address and to an individual ID. The data is collected in pseudonymized form only, i.e. IDs will not be linked to your other personal data, and direct individual identification of users is impossible.
It is unfortunately not possible to object to the performance assessment component only, which means that in order to do so you will have to cancel your newsletter subscription entirely.
